I am a tall person who often suffers from neck stiffness and the usual aches and pains. I have had the GROOVE pillow for over a week, has it made a difference? I would honestly say yes, it has been designed and thought through for people like me. I sleep on my side and the side support works. I have recently bought a Groove Pillow and can honestly say it has transformed my sleep. I had a neck operation a number of years ago and have struggled to find a pillow that does not leave me with neck pain in the morning. More recently I have been waking in the night with neck pain. The Groove Pillow design means that my neck and head are properly supported regardless of whether I sleep on my back or side and therefore I get a full night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
