Firstly, I want to say how nice it was to wake up without a sore neck or ear. I'm 56 and have arthritis in my neck and shoulders. I bought 2 as they were on offer and my 31 year old daughter has tempro mandibular pain and inflammation (her jaw near her ear). I slept really well and the thickness was just right for me. I believe you can add to make it higher if required. I usually only slept with 1 normal pillow before. This also seemed to support my shoulders too, as I'm a side and back sleeper. No funny plastic smell as some others appear to have, but I did leave it out a day or 2 before using. There was an issue with Royal Mail and delivery, but as far as Grooves customer service team went, I could not gave had better service. They arranged another delivery after the Royal mail trail went dead and answered my emails very promptly.
I would recommend buying from this company.

Only had the pillow for a few weeks but so far I am finding it to be fantastic. Keeps its shape. I sleep on my side and back so find I just roll into the correct positions while I am asleep. No more punching the pillow to puff it up. Neck and shoulder pain has reduced. Not completely gone as a lot of it is stress......Lovely company to deal with and fantastic communication throughout the process.

I have recently been diagnosed with arthritis in the neck and also have problems with my shoulders. I used to wake up with pins and needles in my arms. Since purchasing the pillow the pins and needles have disappeared plus my sleep is so much better, I don't wake up with a creaking neck now!
