Size
Dimensions: 26cm x 16cm x 20.5cm
How do I use it?
Without any knee support, the top hip swings over the bottom to rest on the bed, and the spine is taken out of alignment. This is a prime cause of morning back pain.
Place the EasySleeper X-Pillow between your thighs at the top of your knees, with the loop around one of your legs. This way your spine is aligned, and the pillow stays in place even if you decide to swap sides.
You can also place the X-pillow under one knee whilst sleeping on your back to alleviate any knee pain. How does it work?
The key to sleeping with proper posture is to keep your spine in a neutral position.

Product Care
To wash the cover, simply remove it and wash it with your whites in the washing machine in 30 degrees.
Do not wash the pillow itself, as this will ruin the memory foam. For more care details please click here.

Why does my back ache?
If you're a side sleeper who suffers from lower back pain in the morning, your sleeping posture could be the culprit. Poor sleeping positions can put pressure on your spine, causing its natural curve to flatten. This can also cause back strain and uncomfortable pressure on your joints. The key to sleeping with proper posture is to keep your spine in a neutral position. Any time we sleep at an odd angle, we destabilise and pressurise the spine, placing additional strain on our joints that leads to pain the morning after.
