After using the pillow for just one night, in the morning I didn't have my usual headache, my neck pain had completely disappeared and didn't reappear during the whole day. My shoulder pain (for which I have steroid injections) had also miraculously disappeared. I'm now on my second week of using the pillow and none of my symptoms have returned.

Needless to say, it's no exaggeration that I'm still in disbelief that a simple pillow can cure decades of pain. It has changed my life.

Before buying this pillow, I used to sleep with two normal pillows stacked together, but I would often wake up with neck and upper back pain. Since I started using this pillow, I haven’t had any neck or back pain when waking up.

At first, you might think you need to stack two of these pillows together because it looks quite flat, but surprisingly, one pillow is enough!
