Game changer
My physiotherapist recommended I look at the Groove pillows to help me sleep. I suffer with my neck and if my neck doesn’t get the right support whilst I sleep, I wake up with a headache. Since getting my Groove pillow I have been able to sleep through the night and my neck feels so much better. I would definitely recommend it!

High quality pillows
Very comfortable pillows, I’ve used mine for about 2 months now and just bought another for my husband. Great for any neck, posture or cervical spine issues but see a physiotherapist too.

Best Support Pillow!
I have issues with my neck so did some research on pillows and found this to be the best one. I then went to see my sports massage therapist and she asked me which pillow I was using and it turns out she doesn’t have neck issues but also uses these pillows as they are the best for keeping you next in a neutral position while you sleep. Took a couple of nights getting used to but now find it very comfortable and wouldn’t go back to regular pillows. Delivery was quick. 10/10 would recommend!
