    I was recommended this pillow by my physio.

    I got this to support some sciatic and neck nerve pain and while it's a bit too high it really supports quality sleep.

    I don't toss and turn in my sleep as much, I wake up far less stiff, and an added bonus is that the pillow really stays cool, even during a heat wave.

    For the first time in a while I've been able to sleep on my back- all be it by tucking some other pillows under my legs- but the neck is supported sufficiently to enable this.

    I haven't been able to lay on my side either, which is annoying if I want to read or scroll in peace. But now I can as the side panels are super sturdy and overlap the shoulders.

    Great Pillow
