I have used memory foam pillows for many years as I find they give so much more support to the neck and encourage a better neck position to sleep, allowing the muscles to relax.
I needed a new pillow and looked online at options. The Groove pillow came up and I thought I would try a different brand. I am very impressed. The shape of the pillow allowing for back or side sleeping is great as we don’t all stay in one position all night. The pillow is very comfortable and supportive and my neck aches have reduced significantly and I am sleeping better. It’s also very reasonably priced compared to many alternatives. Definitely worth a try if you are struggling with your neck and not sleeping well.

I’ve bought this pillow three times already and I know why. I used to have severe neck pain that radiated to my back. This affected my body the next day at work and beyond. If it didn’t help, I’d have to see a physiotherapist. To my surprise, it arrived as a miracle. I felt a massive difference the very first night. The pillow is perfectly shaped to support your head and neck while sleeping. It’s made of a lovely, soft material that’s pleasant against the skin.
