I have terrible neck problems. I go to the chiropractor 3 times a week, but since my pillow wasn't good it was only helping on a limited basis. I started using this pillow and my neck has never felt better.

The Science Behind Your Groove Pillow®
The Groove Original Pillow is the only orthopedic pillow on the market that is specifically designed based on the anatomy of neck pain.
Corrects poor sleep posture by bringing your neck and head into better alignment with your spine, distributing weight more evenly through the body
A unique overhang offers a cozy home for your shoulder, reducing 'bunching', the leading cause of tight shoulders and upper back.
Raised lateral sides offer chin and cheek support for side sleepers, reducing the 'flop' that comes when we fall asleep.
A unique cervical dip in the center cradles your neck when backsleeping, gently massaging the sore spots and keeping you still through the night.

First couple of nights I wasn’t sure but now after two weeks I absolutely love it! My neck and shoulder pain has gone

After using the pillow for just one night, in the morning I didn't have my usual headache, my neck pain had completely disappeared and didn't reappear during the whole day. My shoulder pain (for which I have steroid injections) had also miraculously disappeared. I'm now on my second week of using the pillow and none of my symptoms have returned.
Needless to say, it's no exaggeration that I'm still in disbelief that a simple pillow can cure decades of pain. It has changed my life.

This is wonderful, I used to wake several times a night because of discomfort in my neck and shoulders, I now sleep right through the night and wake up with no neck pain or achy shoulders, I had one before, but it just got old and needed replacing.. I know this works for me, so I just bought another

I checked several pillows with positive reviews before deciding to buy this one, and I’m glad I did!
Before buying this pillow, I used to sleep with two normal pillows stacked together, but I would often wake up with neck and upper back pain. Since I started using this pillow, I haven’t had any neck or back pain when waking up.
At first, you might think you need to stack two of these pillows together because it looks quite flat, but surprisingly, one pillow is enough!
I’m really enjoying this pillow and am happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend it!
